Meet Baby H : Manhattan Beach Newborn Session

I’m usually a full-color, bold and bright type of gal, but I do love me some black and white. A couple of weeks ago I went to the inspiring Who Shot Rock & Roll exhibit at the Annenberg Space for Photography, where many of the images on display were black and white. One of the most beautiful photos was a platinum palladium print of Mick Jagger, inspiring me to do an all black and white post. And I figured there wouldn’t be a better time to do this than with a newborn session.

She seems to love my camera – she’s endlessly fascinated by it, but is often a bit too curious and tries to eat it. Luckily I caught her one day while she was waking up for a nap and still a bit calm.
