It’s that time again. April 30th. Happens every year. This year, as it did last year, it means the official end to our winter season and time to bid farewell to Breckenridge. Adieu, Breckenridge! Oh, but that just reminds me of one of many American faux pas I’ve committed, in the eyes of my French relatives.

“Stop making me look bad!”
That’s what Jack told Edwin as he was cleaning up the kitchen after breakfast. Mona couldn’t help but notice Edwin’s cleaning and giving Jack pointed looks. I laughed at her antics and told her she could expect that after 12 years of being together. Oh, the things we have to look forward too.
Yes, I’ve been terrible about keeping up with my photography blog. Our homeless adventure blog and snowboarding has been keeping me otherwise occupied. But here’s a quick post with some parting shots of Breckenridge – of course our final day in town was a nice powder day.
All photos taken with the Canon 5D Mark II and my nice new 24-70/f2.8 lens. I haven’t had a chance to use it much yet (I’ve discovered I don’t really like shooting with cold hands, explaining my lack of photos), but so far, so good.
